2. Artwork Purchases

All artwork sales are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) or Ethereum (ETH) and do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless otherwise stated.

Purchase agreements are finalized upon receipt of full payment. AUTOMATA reserves the right to cancel orders and refund payments in cases of suspected fraud or other reasonable concerns.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and artwork reproductions, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Artists retain rights to their works unless explicitly transferred upon purchase.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

AUTOMATA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
